Click the membership you want, Pay with a Card, and Get the App (Gym Master Member App).

If you have purchased a Day Pass in the past and have the app. Just follow the prompts below.

You do not need to fill out the forms again.

Use your phone’s Bluetooth to unlock the door:

Download the Gym Master Member App

Open the App

Enter the email you used when you signed up and click Get My Login

Click Send login to email

Open that email and Click the link.

Set a password of your choosing.

now, close the web browser and open the App.

Make sure Bluetooth is on.

The door access blue tooth icon will allow you access. If you have trouble opening the door call 573-374-7600 for assistance. We can open the door remotely.

During staffed hours, please log in so we know who is at the club. If you need help setting up your Bluetooth access, we would be happy to help.

If you come during staff hours we can help you with everything and get you a key FOB if you get a week pass membership.

Group Fitness Classes

All Classes are included with all memberships and Day Passes.

Functional Strength and Conditioning is a group fitness class for all ages and fitness levels. Buffy & Branda coach functional movements for a better daily life.

Intro to Functional Strength & Conditioning: Help gain more independence. For anyone who has never or has not exercised in ages. 30 minutes of at your pace training. This class is coach led by Branda.

Dynamic Stretch Class: Experience a dynamic stretch class designed to improve mobility, enhance flexibility, and support everyday movements for a more active and pain-free lifestyle. Instructor led by Kate.

Recovery Stretch Class: Come in and enjoy this full body stretch class to increase blood flow, improve posture, relieve stress, and aid in recovery so you can get the most out of your workouts. Instructor led by Branda.

YOGA is a functional and relaxing yoga experience with movements that will bring your health and wellness to new levels. Classes are led by Colleen & Kiersten.

Indoor Cycling Class (aka: spinning) is an instructor-led spin class involving cardiovascular training, with fun music and an encouraging environment.

The owners have 80 years of combined training and coaching experience in Powerlifting and Strongman(woman).

Greg & Buffy Gordon have competed in Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, and Strongwoman. Buffy is a 2 time USS National Strongwoman champion. Both have traveled around the world to compete with the best of the best in Powerlifting and Strongwoman.
